Accept it the way it is

We cannot stop
life unfolding the way it does. Yet, depending on our approach, we can be spent life either miserably or happily.

STOP QUESTIONING YOUR LIFE

One of the keys to coping with the unpredictability and seeming unfairness of life is ACCEPTANCE –– accepting that this is the way things are and that you need to work around it and find pathways that allow you to thrive better.

See how beautiful life is. Know what you think of your life. Ask yourself, understand your view. It may seem confronting but it is in facing your fears and unresolved issues that you can start to understand your own view about the world and reach to your heart that sees everything in life as a challenge. Learn to accept who you are. It's definitely most rewarding. It's so easy to look in the mirror and point out most of your insecurities. But, instead of counting all the things you wish you could be, try counting all the things that you are thankful for that bring out your natural beauty, the real you. Remember that it's your own opinion that really counts.

ACCEPT that the world is confusing. There are umpteen complexities and questions remaining unanswered. For some, it represents an unfathomable hurdle; for others, it presents a challenge to discover, unravel and find out more.

This is part of the mystery of life and how you respond to the confusion all depends on you.

Most of the times you are critical of yourself. Instead, realise your imperfections. Be true to yourself and find out what you aren't so good at. With the world you may be encouraged to strive for success, and may look for praise as the acknowledgment of your success, it is natural. But then make sure that you don't take any criticism as a negative thing, just give a room for improvement and work on it.

"Life is accepting what is and working from that"

Remember that you can't fix it until you can admit there is a problem. Have faith in yourself, it really works in fact it is the solution.
